What's on YOUR Menu? (Wk 3)

  1. - Cream of Cauliflower Soup
    - Manicotti
    - Broiled marinated Pork Chops with Mashed Red Potatoes (with skins) and Veggies
    - Rotisserie Chicken with corn and salad
    - Chicken soup, using rotisserie chicken (either w/pasta and veggies or a tortilla soup, haven't decided yet)
    - BBQ Chicken Pizza using rotisserie chicken
    - Pot Roast with potatoes and carrots and salad

    I think the most serious meal I made this week was...
    orange roughy, rice pilaf, steamed broccoli and salad.
