I took the corned beef and cabbage over to my Grandparents' for lunch (it was a hit!) and my Grandma mentioned how yummy it would be to use the leftover beef to make Reuben sandwiches. If you're like me and didn't know how to make it...she said to use pumpernickel bread, a nice mustard (probably meaning spicy :0)) and some mayonnaise. Anyway, it sounded easy so I thought I'd pass it along.
